Taste of Cranford Returns on May 28th!

We're excited to announce that Taste of Cranford returns on May 28th from 4-8PM! Taste of Cranford is a collaboration with Cranford Community Connection and is a pay as you go event with sample-sized pricing.

• To make sure that our restaurants properly prepare, we are asking that you purchase a bracelet for $5, which will be donated to Cranford High School 2024 Project Graduation. Tickets can be purchased here: https://www.eventbrite.com/.../2024-downtown-cranford....

• The rain date will be May 29th and any change to the date will be announced on social media.

• Bracelets will be available for pick up the day of the event starting at 4pm at Eastman Plaza.

• Please try to use cash when possible, in order to make the process easier for restaurants.

Elevate Your Space with Nic and Nick Home

The Downtown Cranford office recently had the privilege of officially welcoming Nic and Nick Home to the Downtown Cranford community! In attendance at the ribbon cutting ceremony was Downtown Cranford Director Caren Demyen, Township Commissioner and Downtown liaison Kathleen Miller Prunty, DMC Board members, Cranford Area Chamber of Commerce, and numerous friends and family.

Nic and Nick are Cranford residents who are also raising their sons in town. Their business offers clients both interior design and construction services. Nic is the designer, and she knows that whatever she dreams up, Nick can build it. Within 24 hours of doing a walk-through, Nic envisioned how she wanted the space to look and Nick was able to bring her visions into reality and transform it completely.

Nic and Nick’s new office now allows them to meet clients for consultations in a bright and welcoming space that also serves as a showroom. "On the design side, we start with the consultation,” said Nic. “That can end up involving a full renovation in some cases. We’ve done all different spaces, from bedrooms to kitchens to basements and more. You name it, we do it!”

Announcing the Downtown Cranford Business Development Series!

Downtown Cranford and UCEDC, Resources & Solutions for Small Business are excited to announce the Downtown Cranford Business Development Series! The first program takes place on April 23 8:30-10AM at Cranford Theater and will focus on Branding with a presentation from Business Boosters. The presentation will explore the ways your favorite tools can be sabotaging your brand-building efforts and provide actionable steps you can take to course-correct. Downtown Cranford Premieres the Senior Citizen Film Series!

Tickets for our first movie of the Downtown Cranford Senior Citizen Film Series are available now on Eventbrite! You can reserve your tickets here. We will be showing "Singin' In the Rain" at the Cranford Theater on April 17th at 4pm. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis to Union County senior citizens (55+). There will be a guest speaker prior to the movie and a Q/A after. Please reach out to the DMC Office with questions (908) 709-7208.
